The CAT University Committee is charged with assisting the Executive Director of the Center for the Advancement of Teaching in developing policies, programming, and activities related to the CAT mission that will serve to strengthen and advance teaching and learning at Wake Forest. Its membership consists of one elected faculty representative from each division of the College, a representative from the Dean of the College, one faculty representative from the Z. Smith Reynolds Library, and one faculty representative each from the Medical School and the Schools of Business, Divinity, and Law, if these schools choose to participate. The full committee will elect a chairperson, and the Executive Director of the CAT sits on the committee as a non-voting member.
