CAT Teaching Awards

Each year, the CAT celebrates the dedication and accomplishment of 5 Wake Forest teacher-scholars who have distinguished themselves in the classroom. The CAT Teaching Awards recognize those who have put forth exceptional effort to enhance student learning through the introduction of creative, evidence-informed teaching strategies. The recipients of the award receive $1,000 each and are honored at a public reception each spring. The 2020 honorees will be honored during the fall 2020 academic term.

Any WFU instructor who has not won a CAT teaching award in the past 3 years is eligible to apply. Applications are typically due at the end of February and decisions are announced in March.
